Status: NEW - what does it mean?

Once you have placed your order and the payment has been approved, you will receive an email stating that your order and payment have been received.  

Status: BACK ORDER APPROVED - what does it mean?

We mark your order as "Back order Approved" when we are awaiting the arrival of your goods from a local or an overseas warehouse.  This DOES NOT mean that your item is out of stock, it just means that it is an imported product.  The quoted delivery time will have taken this into consideration.

Status: DISPATCHED - what does it mean?

DISPATCHED  status means your goods are on their way. We send you an email advising you of the ship date, how it was shipped, and a tracking number if available.

 

How do I hang wallpaper

If you are unsure of how to hang wallpaper we suggest you watch one of the many "How to hang wallpaper" videos on YouTube

When can I expect to receive my wallpaper?

Most wallpapers have a 3 - 4 week delivery.  If you order a wallpaper from the "IN STOCK - ready to ship" section, it should be shipped within 24 hours.  Some murals and wallpapers can take 4-5 weeks.

Each wallpaper has the delivery time noted in the Product Detail section under the product image.

Can I order samples for wallpaper

We have wallpaper samples available for the Divine Savages and Osborne Rd collections ONLY, we are unable to provide samples for any other wallpaper.  Samples can take anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks depending on stock and where the sample has to come from.  

Email your enquiry stating the item code and we will let you know if a sample is available, the cost and ETA to sales@wallpapershop.com.au or call us on 1300 851 801 and we can chat about your requirements.

I have received my wallpaper and the colour is different to the image on the website.

Colour and clarity vary from one screen to the next. Unfortunately, this means that not all of the images are true to colour.  If the colour is critical then we recommend you order a sample cutting.  Cuttings can take as as long as 4 weeks to arrive so it will delay your decision, but will give you peace of mind.  We are unable to offer a return or refund if the colour does not meet your expectations.

If I order too many rolls, can I return unopened ones for a credit?

We order the wallpaper in especially for your order.  We do not accept returns if you over-ordered or changed your mind (see Terms & Conditions )
